3672800 - Unable to deploy objects in HDLF Space in Datasphere

When deploying objects in SAP HANA Data Lake Files Space, the following error occurs:

“Failed to Deploy '<Objects Name>' in '<Space Name>' – internal error: Failed to execute DDL on remote source table: Could not fetch procedure definition for procedure _SYS_REMOTE_CONTROLLER.EXECUTE_DELTA_DDL, Correlation ID: xxxxxx.”

SAP Datasphere

There is a known issue regarding Object Store that requires a patching in the underlying Datasphere HANA DB.

To resolve this issue, Datasphere related HANA instance will need to be restarted, please prepare the following information:

1. Raise a case with DS-PROV component and describe some symptom. 
2. Please provide the Datasphere URL and HANA DB Host of Datasphere.
3. Please approve us to perform with the reboot.
4. Please provide execution time (please choose):
   
   • -ASAP
   • -at yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm UTC
   • -in the next maintenance window.
5. Please confirm that you are aware that there will be a downtime during restart
