3672803 - Incorrect update in job information due to Automated Daily Hierarchy Adaptation job

After the automated daily hierarchy adaptation job runs, the future-dated job info records are being overwritten by data from an earlier time slice.

This happens in the scenario where an offset is configured for the job in Position Management settings and there are future-dated records in job info where the reporting hierarchy is out of sync with the position hierarchy.

When the automated hierarchy adaptation job runs and corrects the reporting hierarchy for the future-dated records, it copies data from an earlier time slice which results in the job info in the future-dated record to be overwritten.
