Symptom
- Letter interactions created using the API are not displayed in the timeline on the Agent Desktop, even though the Agent Desktop is configured to show them.
- When calling the API to create a letter interaction with attachments, the following error occurs: "Internal server error encountered while retrieving Document Service".
