3672813 - Letter interaction not being displayed in Agent Desktop Timeline and encountering "Internal server error..." when posting attachments via API in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Symptom

  • Letter interactions created using the API are not displayed in the timeline on the Agent Desktop, even though the Agent Desktop is configured to show them.
  • When calling the API to create a letter interaction with attachments, the following error occurs: "Internal server error encountered while retrieving Document Service".
