3672816 - Ownership of migrated onboarding 1.0 documents to Manage Documents

• How is the document owner determined during the migration of Onboarding 1.0 documents? 
• Why are many migrated documents assigned to the admin user?

It is impossible to pull the documents from Onboarding 1.0 >> Document Center based on employee login directly.

Though there is a indices field for Employee ID but it has not been used from many years. 

So there are 3 options to determine the owner of a document while migrating.

First option:

Based on the HRDataId of that document, the EmployeeLogin will be taken from HRData.

The EmployeeLogin generally gets updated from BizX during Hiring process.

The application will try to map the documents to the user with userId equals the EmployeeLogin.

Second Option:

If EmployeeLogin from HRData is not a valid employee id in Bizx, the application will try to find the OnboardingCandidateInfo based on the HRdata Id and pick the userId.

Then try to map the documents to the userId from OnboardingCandidateInfo.

Third Option:

If the userId from OnboardingCandidateInfo is not a valid employee id in Bizx, the documents will be mapped to the admin user who triggered the migration job.
