Resolution
The New Workbench follows a different design principal from the Legacy version. The symbol indicates that the application data is being fetched directly from the HANA source rather than Solr. This mechanism was introduced to ensure real-time visibility and up-to-date application status on the new Workbench, helping to address data or status mismatches observed earlier. Solr is now used primarily for enhanced search capabilities.
The symbol indicates that the application has not yet been synced to the Solr server. Consequently, this application will not appear in enhanced filter-based search results until synchronization is complete.
The symbol will automatically disappear once the application data is successfully pushed to Solr. However, there is no fixed time interval for this sync process.
There is no business or functional impact. Recruiters can continue to perform all actions on the application as usual. The symbol is purely informational and does not restrict any operations.
