3672885 - Error "No mass transfer ID available" popup when create new migration project in Migrate Your Data

When using the Fiori app 'Migrate Your Data' to create a new migration project, the following error message appears as a popup:

"
No mass transfer ID available.
Exception raised without specific error.
"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Each migration project must have a unique mass transfer ID (Three characters). Note that a mass transfer ID must start with the letter M, N, or O, the second and third characters are A~Z 26 letters or 0~9 10 digits.
The number of migration project has reached the maximum of 3888 (3*36*36). 

Delete the useless or finished migration projects to get the Mass Transfer ID available for new migration project creation.
