With the introduction of New Release item WEF-166852, the way Onboarding (ONB) error messages are surfaced has shifted away from reliance on email notifications and the legacy To-Do panel behavior. At a general level, here’s how you can now access and manage these errors, along with practical alternatives to email

Release feature

• The new To-Do functionality is currently an opt-in feature.
• The Product Team is still assessing the full scope of this functionality, and additional tasks will be gradually added to the Home Page over time.
• If the ONB error messages or related tasks are not yet visible in the updated Home Page experience, you can continue using the legacy To-Do Panel.
• The legacy To-Do Panel remains available and supported until May 2027.
• You may choose not to adopt the new SAP User Experience updates at this time and continue using the legacy version to ensure uninterrupted access to ONB error
