3673022 - Permission roles updated by System System in Preview on 15 Oct 2025

• Permission roles were updated by System System in Preview Instance on 15 Oct 2025 at 21:55.
• The issue occurred post the 2H 2025 Release upgrade in the Preview environment.
• Confirmation on what changes were introduced to the permission roles and the reason behind these changes.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• Login to the Instance.
• Access Manage Permission Roles page.
• Check for the changes done on any of the permission role through View History and changes will be visible:
  
  

• This is an expected behavior post the release update.
• This happens because of the below:
  • This entry which has occurred is because of the release related internal jobs which are run on the instance.
  • If observed, there are no changes which are done on the instance and the same can be observed in the screenshot: Manage Permission Roles Compare Changes.png
  • This will not cause any changes to be done on the instance in terms of assignments/permissions.
