3673099 - Malaysia eInvoicing Error DR319 – “The referenced document UUID does not exist." & DR313 – “Internal ID for Document UUID is mismatched."

Symptom

When submitting a Credit Note document to LHDN (IRBM) via SAP DRC (Malaysia e-Invoicing), the submission fails validation with status “Invalid” and the following error messages are returned from the IRBM API response: 
"errorCode":"DR319","error":"The referenced document uuid R9V5H2WTWMYTP2C2G8P6W5YJ10 does not exist.","
"errorCode":"DR313","error":"Internal ID for DocumentUUID R9V5H2WTWMYTP2C2G8P6W5YJ10 is mismatched."
