2. Noticed that some of the quick cards/links are no longer available

This is expected behavior. It's a design decision to not have redundant top-level module navigations as default Quick Links, when they also exist in module picker.

Customers have the option of using custom QLs to re-create any that they think are critical for their use cases, we have already heard from a few who plan to do that for Learning.

Our product management team are also aware that the system limit of 5 custom items makes re-creating links more difficult for some customers. So in 1H next year, the limit on custom items will go away, and the system will also allow up to 15 QAs and QLs each, vs the current limit of 16 total.
