3673271 - Unable to access learning administration after refresh

• Admins are unable to access the LMS admin section after refresh activity & immediately logs out when navigating to the learning administration.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Perform a refresh of the LMS environment.
2. Attempt to access the LMS administration.
3. Navigate to the learning administration section.
4. Observe that the user is logged out immediately from the application after navigation.

The User Introduction HTML code contains an image link pointing to a different instance, causing the session to terminate when the learning administration home page attempts to load the image.

Since integration is auto-enabled as part of post refresh, kindly reach out to the support & perform the below steps.

1. Navigate to `System Administration >> Configuration >> Global Application Settings
2. Under 'Introduction Panel ID' you can view what is the User Introduction ID that is being used. Make a copy of it.
3. Now, navigate to `System Administration >> Application Administration >> User Introductions`.
4. Search for the Introduction Panel ID that is copied in the step 2 & open it to edit the HTML code that is in use.
5. Make sure the links in the HTML code are relevant to the current instance that you are accessing. If any other links exist, remove them & save the changes.

Confirm that the issue is resolved and the LMS admin is accessible without logging out when navigated, post the above mentioned changes are performed.
