"Enable latest People Profile based Custom Views" feature is greyed out under Advanced Settings

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Go to Company System and Logo Settings
2. Check "Enable Full Profile  for the latest People Profile" setting
3. Go to Compensation Home
4. Select any Compensation template
5. Plan Setup > Settings > Advanced Settings
6. Search for "Enable latest People Profile based Custom Views"
7. Feature is unavailable for activation, checkbox is greyed out

Before the feature, launched during 2511, there are already Custom Views created, which disables the new feature activation due to the PP3 blocks. For the feature to become available, the Custom Views must be on PPX.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Compensation Home > Plan Setup
2. Design Worksheet > Custom Views
3. Empty the "Section" and "Block ID" fields
4. Save

Then the "Enable latest People Profile based Custom Views" will become available under Advanced Settings.

NOTE: if worksheets are already launched, they need to be deleted for the Custom Views feature to be used

NOTE 2: after the Custom Views change to PPX, you can revert the existing Custom Views back to the original "Section" and "Block ID" if needed.
