3673338 - "Missing mandatory field" error message is generated while simulating migration object "Work center/Resource"

Symptom

All mandatory fields in the XML template have been filled. However, when uploading the template file, the load program in the Migration Cockpit prevents simulation and throws error messages requesting input for non-mandatory fields as well.
