3673400 - Availability of Extended AI locales for LMS

Symptom

As mentioned in the help portal Extended AI Locales | SAP Help Portal the AI Locale Package has limitations and is not available for "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone, Mobile, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, and a few other modules or features".

Confirmation if the above AI Locales are available for Learning or not ?

Resolution

The SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) currently does not support AI locales.

This is an ongoing topic, and efforts are being made to enable LMS to adopt the central solution for AI locales.

    LMS is currently not managed centrally, that’s why we have another link referenced here.
