3673410 - SAP digital manufacturing manage integration workflow show 404 error

• When attempting to open the detailed columns of a Workflow item under Manage Integration Workflow, an XML error message related to a 404 error is displayed.
• The error message states: "Your workflow XXX couldn’t be read because of an error: http status 404 NOT_FOUND, message: 404 Not Found."
• This issue occurs for all Workflow items.
