When switching from the "Content Store" tab to the "Local File" tab, Content Store overwrite import checkbox appears in the "Local File" tab.

• Story report

1. Navigate to the "Report Center".
2. Click "Import".
3. Click the "Content Store" tab, we can see the "Selecting this checkbox will overwrite the previously imported Story" option.
4. Click the "Local File" tab, notice that the option still exists on the screen and appears in the "Local File" tab, which is not expected.
5. Try to import a story using Local File with same name, check this option, overwrite doesn't work and the import will fail with error "A Story with the same name already exists".

"Selecting this checkbox will overwrite the previously imported Story" option should appear ONLY while importing from content store. 

This is a known issue.

The patch fix will be deployed on November 4th, 2025. 

Workaround

If overwrite import is required, use the Local File's own overwrite checkbox.

• Select package file
• Then select the checkbox "Overwrite existing Story reports with imported Story reports with the same name, if any" and NOT "Selecting this checkbox will overwrite the previously imported Story".
