In standard system, when using SOAP API InvoiceRequest_In to create supplier invoice, the system always uses the current system date (invoice creation date) as the posting date. The posting date is determined based on system time UTC and it cannot be converted to user local time.

It is possible to use BADI LOG_EDI_MM_INVOICE_CE_MAP to change the posting date based on custom logic.
