3673511 - Troubleshooting for Joule page display issues when opening Joule in SAP products

Symptom

Joule has been integrated into the relevant SAP Products such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Private Edition.

When clicking on the Joule icon, instead of getting the Joule welcome page, user will face below symptoms:

  • [Symptom 1]: Joule's domain is blocked with error "<subdomian>.<region>.sapdas.cloud.sap refused to connect".

  • [Symptom 2]: Get "Grant Access" message to allow user to click "Confirm".

  • [Symptom 3]: Get additional username/password window to login to Joule IAS application with name "das-ias (<subaccount name>)".

  • [Symptom 4]: If IAS application of Joule is using conditional authentication corporate Identity Provider, the corporate Identity Provider domain is blocked:



  • [Symptom 5]: Joule returns a blank page.
