3673585 - Depersonalization Logs Display UTC Instead of User-Defined Timezone

Symptom

Despite changing the system settings to reflect the respective user's time zone (example: CET, UTC+2), the "Removal Date" in depersonalization logs display the timestamp in UTC only instead of the expected UTC+2 or CET time zone.
