Intermittent error at a Receiver adapter in a CPI iflow.
Error: Could not generate the XML stream caused by: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxIOException: Connection refused: [<target url>/<ip address:port>].
The ip address in the error is different to the ip addresses used by the host data base, SAP Help page: Regions and API Endpoints Available for the Cloud Foundry Environment
It is an internal CPI ip address.
The error only happens for messages running on the same worker node of the CPI tenant.
