Symptom

Unable to find the email template introduced in 2H 2025 release: (ONB) Pre-Onboarding Rehire Template as mentioned in OBX-37403

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • Navigate to the onboarding module in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Attempt to locate the email template "(ONB) Pre-Onboarding Rehire Template" under reuse templates.

Cause

  • The template is not auto-enabled; it must be manually added to the active list.

Resolution

  1. Go to Email Services > Active Templates > Manage Template > Reuse Template.
  2. Click on Filter > Email Trigger > (ONB) Pre-Onboarding Rehire Trigger.
  3. Select > Add to Active List.
