3673667 - Token [[SOURCER_FULL_NAME]] not available in offer letter templates

• The token [[SOURCER_FULL_NAME]] is not available in the "Manage Offer Letter Templates" section, despite being configured in the Job Requisition template and visible in recruiting email templates.
• Other standard recruiting operator tokens are available in the offer letter templates, but the [[SOURCER_FULL_NAME]] token is missing.
• The issue is reproducible in the customer's preview instance.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Navigate to "Manage Offer Letter Templates" in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
2. Select any offer letter template.
3. Click on the "Insert Token" option.
4. Observe that the [[SOURCER_FULL_NAME]] token is not listed, despite being configured in the Job Requisition template and visible in recruiting email templates.

The token [[SOURCER_FULL_NAME]] was not designed to be used in the offer letter templates. This behavior is part of the system's expected functionality.

The issue has been identified as a valid enhancement request.

The token [[SOURCER_FULL_NAME]] will not be added back to the offer letter templates functionality as part of an enhancement.

The enhancement will add the following tokens instead:

• SOURCER_FAX

• SOURCER_PHONE

• SOURCER_EMAIL

• SOURCER_NAME

Until the enhancement is implemented, users can apply the following workaround:

• Create a custom field and add the name of the Sourcer
• Create a custom token to pull the entry into offer letter

These tokens will be added in the next release in 1H2026.

The token SOURCER_TITLE will be added as a separate enhancement. Details of which will be added here as available.
