3673689 - Error with translation in the Successor Insights

Symptom

When performing a query with the Successor Insights in different languages (eg. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese), the titles are showing in English.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Change language for a different language then English;
  2. Navigate through the Succession Org Chart;
  3. Select an incumbent with successors;
  4. Go to Successor Insights to open the window;
  5. See the titles in English.

 

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
