3673738 - Move candidate button unresponsive in interview central - Recruiting Management

When logged in as a user and clicking on an applicant's name in "Interview Central," a "Move Candidate" button is displayed. However, clicking on this button does not trigger any action.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to "Interview Central".
2. Click on a candidate.
3. Observe the "Move Candidate" button displayed in the bottom right corner.
4. Click on the button; no action occurs.

This is an known issue. When applicant profile is opened from Interview central , and the profile page opened is legacy page then move button should not be displayed.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround: 

After conducting thorough tests, we have determined that the issue is not related to the release itself, as it occurs in both versions 2505 and 2511. However, it only manifests when the latest workbench is not enabled.

As a workaround, you can enable the latest workbench, which will allow you to move the candidate through the interview central without any issues
