3673742 - Duplicated entries after saving background elements in CX internal candidate profile - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • When adding a new background element to an internal candidate profile with the Reimagined candidate experience, after saving, the system duplicates that entry several times and the data within each entry is inconsistent.
  • When attempting to delete entries and save changes, the entries are not removed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Home > Careers > My Account > View Profile > My Profile
  2. Click on "Edit"
  3. Click on "Add" for any background element e.g. work experience
  4. Add new details of work experience
  5. Click "Save"
  6. Observe that the new entry is duplicated several times
  7. Try to delete all duplicate entries and save but they are not deleted

Resolution

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering and Operations team.
