Symptom
- When adding a new background element to an internal candidate profile with the Reimagined candidate experience, after saving, the system duplicates that entry several times and the data within each entry is inconsistent.
- When attempting to delete entries and save changes, the entries are not removed.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Home > Careers > My Account > View Profile > My Profile
- Click on "Edit"
- Click on "Add" for any background element e.g. work experience
- Add new details of work experience
- Click "Save"
- Observe that the new entry is duplicated several times
- Try to delete all duplicate entries and save but they are not deleted

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering and Operations team.
