3673775 - [2H 2025] Missing some translation keys after the preview release.

Unable to find keys like COMMON_LEARNING_TAB and COMMON_GOALS_TAB from both custom and default language locales.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Manage languages
3. Select any language pack to be modified
4. Download both default and custom locales
5. Notice that the COMMON_LEARNING_TAB and COMMON_GOALS_TAB can't be found but the keys are showing when language is switch to English Debug.

Known issue due to a code defect, all TST (text substitution label) only message keys will be missing.

Engineering team have identified the fix on a code level and will be deployed by 4th of November.

After deployment, all the keys can be found and modified through both UI & CSV.  However, all the history customization of the missing TST only message keys will be dropped, but you can add it back by using the UI or CSV.The issue will not happen on production since we already fix the code defect before production, and all the history data will be synced on production too.
