3673782 - Live Activity Address Format Incorrect

Symptom

In the Live Activity Center, the service address is displayed in the format [street number] [supplement] [street] [city] [state] [zip]

The Service Address is not consistent with Customer TI screen as well as on Premise TI

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to C4C tenant 
  2. Go to Service
  3. Select Live Activity Centre
  4. Select Utilities-Premise 
  5. Give the address in search 
  6. You can see the Service address is different format then the address present in Premise TI

Cause

This is as per the system design. However, this can always be modified accordingly.

In Live Activity center the service address comes in a format of full detailed address :House Number +House Supplement +Street+City+state+Postal Code+Country/Region .

This is the full format of the service address shown under the live activity.

Resolution

This is standard design format provided by SAP .
