3673839 - Behavior of picklist field values when selecting from the dropdown.

When picklist values are manually entered and saved, they appear to be saved but are not actually reflected in the picklist field.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login into the instance and navigate to the custom MDF portlet which contains picklist.
2. Attempt to input values manually into the picklist fields.
3. Observe that the values appear to be saved but are not actually retained.

This is the expected behavior across all UIs. Users must select a value from the dropdown list to ensure it is saved correctly.
