Symptom

Manufacture date and Shelf life date/expiry date fields are present in the application but are not displayed in the MMIM_GR4PO_COL_SLIP_EN form output.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Use form template: MMIM_GR4PO_COL_SLIP_EN form material document output.
  2. Observe that the Manufacture date and Shelf life date/expiry date fields are not displayed in the output file.

Resolution

  1. Verify the data source for the form template MMIM_GR4PO_COL_SLIP_EN, which is "FDP_GR4PO_COL_SLIP_SRV".
  2. Create an extension to this data source in the APP: Custom Fields.
  3. In the created data source extension, go to the "Field Selection" field.
  4. Use the search button to locate "Manufacture date" or "SLED/BBD".
  5. Select and add the required fields.
  6. Publish the data source extension.
  7. Generate a new output file using the MMIM_GR4PO_COL_SLIP_EN form template.
  8. Confirm that the Manufacture date and Shelf life date/expiry date fields are now displayed in the output file.
