Diagnosis

Comparison of the field selection strings from movement type Z01 and G/L account 68xxxxxx has revealed that there is an incompatible field selection combination at one or more points.

Field for which the field selection is different: WBS element

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Customer use SSCUI 103898 copied a new movement type of 201 --- movement type Z01
   In SSCUI: Field Selection per Movement Type 103831: Set Field Name KOSTL, PS_PSP_PNR as Required Entry for movement type Z01.
2. Attempt to perform a goods receipt using movement type Z01 and G/L account 68xxxxxxx.
3. Observe that the system displays error message M7093.
   
   

    

    
    

• Check the G/L account: 68xxxxxx in APP: G/L Account Master Data, get the "Field Status Group" value for the related company code, then check in SSCUI 102393 -- Define Field Status Variants: "WBS element" is set to "Required entry" for the "Field status Group".
• Run Report of RM07CUFA : field selection comparison: movement type - G/L account, enter the  G/L account number in the error message, we can see there is a difference for WBS element between Mvt with A/c
• SSCUI: 103898 doesn’t allow changes to "Additional account assignment fields"  These fields are greyed out, so no changes can be made to "Project" field in the additional account assignments.

Currently an expert configuration request is needed to make changes to the reported movement type:

In SSCUI: 103898: Copy of movement type, change the "Project" field to "Required entry" in the additional account assignments.
