3673920 - WRP1R - Rapid Replenishment does not consider Planning Cycle in Material Master

Symptom

In the "Logistic: Store" view in Article Master (t-code MM43), the article has value in the fields "Planning Cycle". However, when executing t-code WRP1R to perform Rapid Replenishment, the system does not take the Planning Cycle into account. 

For example, if the Planning Date entered in WRP1R falls outside the range of the Planning Cycle, it is expected that an error message 61182 - "The material is only available from & for materials planning" should appear. However, this error 61182 is not triggered in WRP1R.
