Symptom
In the Manage Production Orders app, component data is no longer visible after the production order is set to TECO (Technically Completed) status.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Reproducing the Issue
- Set the production order to TECO (Technically Completed).
- Open the order in Manage Production Orders (F2335).
- Component data is no longer displayed.
Cause
This is standard system behavior.
When an order is set to TECO, it signals that all planned manufacturing activities have been completed. The system:
- Locks the order and dependent data objects (components, operations, reservations).
- Prevents further changes to maintain data consistency.
- Restricts visibility of certain data (like component details) in Fiori apps.
Only limited information, such as order header, history, and confirmations, remains available.
Resolution
This is the expected behavior after setting an order to TECO.
If component data is required for reporting or review after TECO:
- Display the order using CO03 (Display Production Order).
- Or check component data through API A_ProductionOrderComponent_2.
