3673946 - Change history displays records from deleted worksheets

Symptom

You've deleted some worksheets, and when you go to Change History you can see that the records from those deleted worksheets are still showing. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

Reproducing the Issue

  1. You've deleted some worksheets for the template;
  2. Go to Executive Review > open the template
  3. Click on Change History icon
  4. See that data from the deleted worksheets is still visible 

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed in Preview on November 11th and Production November 14th of 2025. 

After the delivered of the fix, a job will purge the data from deleted worksheet, ideally within a week. Kindly check the purge data for a week after the fix is deployed.
