How does the SAP Sales cloud App Login works?

• It's not required to sign out from the app all the time. Just closing the app after use is enough. So next time, biometric login will be considered and if biometric is not configured, then only entering passcode is enough to login.
• Sign out is meant to completely delete the current user profile, so you can login with other tenant or user. That is why next time app asks for all the details - URL, user name, password, passcode set, etc.
• The app provides a passcode feature that enhances both security and user experience by eliminating the need to re-enter full credentials each time. Once the user logs in and registers a passcode, they can subsequently log in using only the passcode.
• Once a login is completed with a tenant URL, that URL remains active. To switch to another tenant, the user must log out and log in again with the new URL for security reasons.
