3673951 - Unable to browse files for excel upload in S/4 Service relevnat Fiori APPs like 'Manage Mass Runs' or 'Manage Mapping Tables'

Symptom

The Fiori APP "Manage mass runs" does not allow the upload of Excel/CSV files. There is no response after clicking the Browse button.

*Although this KBA refers to a particular application, this symptom may be seen in any other application based on the WebClient UI Framework.
