3673964 - Rearrange Job Application information in Print Preview - Recruiting Management

Symptom

In Legacy Applicant Workbench, Job Application's Print Preview displays information distributed in two(2) columns. Basically, sections are arranged similar to how they display in the Job Application page.

Is there a way to re-arrange the sections or make them appear in just one column?

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisition
  2. Open a Job Requisition and then open an application
  3. Click on Take Action > Print
  4. Print Preview appears and you will see sections/data arranged in two(2) columns

Resolution

Print Preview of Job Application reflects the same arrangement of sections in Job Application screen. The design is hard-coded and the information will be displayed in two(2) columns. There's currently no option to customize the Display Option to print sections in one column or change the sections order.

Display Options can be used only to show/hide sections by checking/unchecking the options. There are the options available:

  • Left Column: Application, Screening Details, and Background Elements
  • Right Column: Comments, Interviewers, Jobs Applied, Correspondence, Offer Letter, Background Check Status, Onboarding, App Status Audit Trail, Tags, Candidate Profile Information, and Employee Referral Information
