Symptom

The mass processing of Material is failed or stuck at activation step, and from ST22 you will see the ASSERTION_FAILED dump reported with SAP_WFRT user. The dump is raised from method CL_CMD_PROD_DATA_INSPTYP_DECOR->IF_CMD_PRODUCT_MAINT_API~CHECK.
