• Section C in the Superannuation Standard Choice Form is blank during the compliance E-Signature step.
• The section does not populate dynamically when a candidate selects an option other than "My employer’s default super fund (Section C)".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Trigger the Superannuation Standard Choice Form.
2. Select any other fund instead of "My employer’s default super fund (Section C)".

The section populates dynamically based on the value selected in the preceding section while filling the SAF form. If a candidate selects any option other than the one configured to trigger population (e.g., “Section C”), the related information will not populate.

1. Verify the configuration of the Superannuation Standard Choice Form to ensure that "Section C" is set to populate dynamically based on the preceding section.
2. Confirm that the candidate has selected the configured option ("Section C") during the form completion process.
3. If the candidate selected "Section C" and the fields still did not populate, reach out to SAP Support for further analysis.
4. If the system behavior aligns with the expected functionality, no further action is required.
