3674081 - Handling unit disappears in inbound delivery after partial goods receipt posted in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

After partially post the goods receipt (GR) for inbound delivery with handling unit, the handling unit disappears from the inbound delivery packing screen.

1. Post a partial goods receipt (GR) for an inbound delivery with handling unit through SOAP API WarehouseStockTransferPartialReceiptAdvice.
2. Observe that the handling unit for which GR has been partially posted is no longer displayed in the inbound delivery packing screen.

This is standard functionality of SAP. When carrying out partial GR against an inbound delivery, the handling unit for which GR has already been posted will not be displayed until after the full quantities have been received. When a handling unit is posted GR, it gets de-assigned from the inbound delivery. When the delivery Total Goods Movement status is "C" (complete), the handling unit would be read via the document flow (VBFA table). Otherwise, they are retrieved via their assignment. If Total Goods Movement status is "B" (partial), only the handling units that have not yet been posted are displayed in the packing screen.

• Handling units that are not displayed in the delivery packing screen can still be viewed using the "Monitor Handling Unit" app or through the inbound delivery document flow.
• To see all handling units in the packing screen of the inbound delivery, complete the full goods receipt.
