3674125 - Granting ALTER privilege fails with "feature not supported: grantor and grantee are identical"

Attempting to grant an ALTER privilege on an object results in:

-“The privilege could not be granted. See details. SQL (7) - feature not supported: grantor and grantee are identical”
-In SQL Console: “Error: (dberror) [258]: insufficient privilege: Detailed info for this error can be found with guid ‘<'guid'>’”

The grantor is automatically shown as DBADMIN and cannot be changed in the UI.
