Symptom
- When navigating to Datasphere -> Security -> Users -> Click "Create User(+)", the expected popup does not appear for certain language settings (for example, Japanese and Korean).
- The issue disappears after changing the UI language to English.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Profile -> Settings -> Language & Region, and set the language to Japanese (日本語) or Korean (한국어).
- Navigate to Security -> Users, and click "Create User(+)".
Cause
Resolution
Workaround:
- Click the "show former interface" button to switch back to the previous user interface.
- Once the old user interface is active, proceed to create a new user without encountering the issue.
Resolution:
The development team is investigating and will fix it soon.
