3674126 - "Create User" popup not displayed when user language is set to Japanese/Korean in SAP Datasphere

Symptom

  • When navigating to Datasphere -> Security -> Users -> Click "Create User(+)", the expected popup does not appear for certain language settings (for example, Japanese and Korean).
  • The issue disappears after changing the UI language to English.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Profile -> Settings -> Language & Region, and set the language to Japanese (日本語) or Korean (한국어).
  2. Navigate to Security -> Users, and click "Create User(+)".

Cause

Resolution

Workaround:

  1. Click the "show former interface" button to switch back to the previous user interface.
  2. Once the old user interface is active, proceed to create a new user without encountering the issue.

Resolution:

The development team is investigating and will fix it soon.
