• UAN is maintained in RCM, and the candidate has entered the UAN; however, in BPE, it is showing an incorrect format.
• UAN is of 12 digits, it looks good in Integration Suite Tool. But in the backend logs, the value is different from the expected value.
• Error message: "Please enter a valid UAN. You should use the format NNNNNNNNNNNN."
