Application Error occurs while approving a new hire workflow processed from MPH > Onboarding 1.0

• Internal logs: unique constraint violated: Table(USER_ACCOUNT), Index(UC_USER_ACCOUNT_PERSON_ID)
• Caused by: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationExceptionSapDB: [301]: unique constraint violated: Table(USER_ACCOUNT), Index(UC_USER_ACCOUNT_PERSON_ID)

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Suite Integration, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Initiate Onboarding for a candidate via Onboarding 1.0 (pre-day1 enabled)
2. Submit the hire from Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding 1.0 > Workflow triggers
3. Proxy as the approver 
4. Click on Approve in the Workflow details page
5. Application Error occurs. 

This is a 2H 2025 release defect.
