3674337 - Performance form Audit Trail shows "Send a copy" when rejecting a form from Signature step to Modify step (C step)

Symptom

When rejecting a Performance Form in Signature stage and form goes back to Modify stage(C step), the Audit trail shows "reject" to one user, but "Send a copy" to the other users in the C step. 

    Environment

    SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Create a Route map where the last Modify step is a C step before Signature stage
    2. Route form to Signature stage
    3. Open the form and click on "Reject" button
    4. Check Audit Trail
      • Reject action appears to the last user who modified the form in C step
      • Send a copy action appears to the other users in the C step

    Cause

    This is a Known Issue.

    Resolution

    The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
