3674365 - Warning Message Displays Twice During Delete Action For HRIS Element Via Latest Editing And History UI - 2H 2025

Symptom

When the Latest People Profile Editing and History UI for Employee Central is enabled, deleting any HRIS element (e.g., Personal Info or Job Info) triggers two warning messages—first a blank dialog, then the actual delete confirmation.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Enable Latest People Profile Editing and History UI for Employee Central via Configure Latest People Profile Navigate
  2. Open any employee’s profile and go to the History of any HRIS element (e.g., Job Information).
  3. Click Delete on a record.
  4. Observe that the warning dialog appears twice: first a blank prompt, then the actual delete confirmation

Resolution

  • The issue will be fixed in 1H 2026 release.
