3674369 - Reserved Material display differs across Mobile platforms due to zero available quantity

Symptom

Reserved materials linked to a service call or activity are visible in FSM mobile Apps (iOS/Android/Windows), but their display and usability differ across platforms 

  • iOS: Reserved materials with zero available quantity are not shown in the list but are counted in the activity overview.

  • Android: Reserved materials with zero available quantity are shown in the list but cannot be consumed.

  • Windows: Reserved materials with zero available quantity are not displayed at all.
