3674370 - ABAP dump "Access using as 'ZERO' object reference is not possible" while correcting document flow

• An Outbound Delivery Order item is blocked with negative picking and/or picking planned quantities.
• Item Quantity is zero, there is a process code added.
• OD is not created yet.
• Check monitor (/SCWM/CHM_LOG) function "Check Document Flow" is used to create missing document flow links (proposed links are PCP and/or PCA).
• When Check Monitor starts the correction, process is terminated with runtime error:
  • Category: ABAP programming error
  • Runtime Errors: OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO
  • Except.: CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL
  • ABAP Program: /SCDL/CL_EI_CHM_DF============CP
  • Application Component: SCM-EWM-DLP
