3674382 - Duplicate Display of Pay Comp External Code in Recurring Deduction Card with Latest People Profile - 2H 2025

• In the latest People Profile, the Pay Component External Code is duplicated in the Recurring Deduction Card.
• The duplicated Pay Components have different External Names but the same External Code.
• When drilling into the details, the correct External Code is displayed.

The issue is also happening for One time deduction AND for other FO such as frequency. 

SAP Successfactors Employee Central

• The issue will be fixed via patch tentatively scheduled for 25th Nov 2025 in Preview and 27th Nov 2025 in Production environment.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed.

Workaround:

Disable Configure Latest People profile > General settings > Show external codes for all
