• When scheduling an email with a report link using BI Launchpad, the URL for the placeholder `%SI_VIEWER_URL%` in the email body appears as plain text rather than as a clickable hyperlink, when viewed using Outlook Web.
• Viewing the same email in Outlook Thick Client application at the same time reflects the same URL as a clickable hyperlink.
• Scheduling the same email via CMC displays the hyperlink correctly in the email body in both Outlook Web and Outlook Thick Client application
