3674417 - Cannot Check Field Checkboxes in 'Export Talent Search Results' Using Screen Reader

Symptom

When navigating through the Export Talent Search Results popup using a screen reader, the checkboxes for individual fields cannot be checked. For example, Impact of Loss is in focus but the check box cannot be checked:
